"The best"

"Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached). Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

"Not as clean as it should have been. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room . I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it. No bottled water was provided as most places do. Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick. Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean."

"We love the Hacienda and look forward to our return trip"

"Excellent place to stay great location as far as access to area just a little limited on parking at times and being on a main highway their isn’t much to look at if walking around outside of the hotel. It is still a great place it is so great inside you want that resort feel when your outside."

"It's well located very close to downtown, plenty parking space. The rooms are very clean with plenty towels. The clean crew are very attentive, willing to help you on your needs. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was super great, lots of choice, with fresh fruit. Also have exercise room and coin laundry dept. Excellent amenities, free newspaper. I always booked under the Hilton umbrella. Thanks for all the excellent services. I will give one thousand stars. Keep up with the excellent...

"The ceiling light in our room flickered but would not come on. One of the lamps had to be played with a bit to work. The room stunk like mildew. I believe it was the AC that stunk. The carpets were visibly old and just felt yucky. Kept shoes on the whole time. The place is a bit sketchy."

"We only stayed for two nights and although it only let me rate it at a 3 star I would actually give it the full 4 or 5 stars. Rooms were clean we had a balcony over looking the courtyard and it was always clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again"

"The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, the air fresheners had an overpowering scent that could affect guests with allergies. The shower was also clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it."

"Todo estuvo mejor de lo q esperaba"

"Room was spotless, breakfast was great, staff very helpful"

"Loved my stay"

"Complementary breakfast wasn’t all that."

"The staff was wonderful; the room was comfortable and clean. Sadly, because of my flight times, I wasn't able to take advantage of some of the amenities, but I'm sure they were great."
