"The free breakfast was great, a lot of choices, the hot food was hot, fresh, and kept stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable, really good water pressure in the shower, and convenient ice machine on our floor. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly!
The only complaint would be that the vending machine on our floor was out of order, but we didn’t need it anyway."

"Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip."

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts….
Bar is great…and pool is ok.
I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee
3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times
No phone in rooms…have to go down.
Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm.
Lots of food locations in the area"
