"Wonderful. Quickest checkin ever. Updated rooms"

"They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times."

"The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...

"Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!"

"Breakfast was good"

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"Appeared to be newly remodeled."

"For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows"

"The accommodations were great and we like consistent service at each Holiday Inn Express"

"Not bad for the money starting to show its age."

"Great staff and property for a reasonable price"

"Nice sized room. Loved the price. In a great location. Bed slept great."

"Breakfast was great our room as well but our daughter had 3 different rooms and they found ants in all of them! Get the exterminator in there! Desk staff not very sympathetic to them and they took them to the room to show them. Food on floors and mold on wall!"
