"Beautiful facilities with friendly staff and deserves to be recognized. Plenty of restaurant options. Only downside is had some difficulties making a restaurant reservation through website (also no walk ins) and pool was open only accesible through paying extra for Spa. Not necessarily technologically friendly; more of an old school approach and feel. Will definitely stay again on any future stays. This hotel is more of a retreat from the busy Tokyo so plan accordingly."

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. "Absolutely fantastic, top tier place to stay for a balance between confort and price. Right next to the metro line substation entrance, which was incredibly convienent. Clean room, great size, acomdating host/staff. Built in laundry was an added bonus since we stayed for 2 weeks. We are already looking at staying with them again on our return trip! 10/10 highly recommended"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baba Suite. The private steam room and the cold bath were not things we considered when we booked but they were excellent additions. The Baba suite balcony is huge and provides an urban Japanese feel as it looks out at the Big Box mall. The star of this hotel is the breakfast though. I stay here for business normally, very reasonably priced - so you get what you pay for in a way - the rooms are not big, but big enough to be comfortable for one or two people.
