The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. Tasty cooked breakfast. Location was great, about a 20 min walk in to York City Centre. Highly recommend."

"Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained ."

"The kings room was beautiful and cozy. The space was great and clean. It was a bit freaky to get the key since it was a brick wall you had to go into but it ended up not going anywhere and just had a bunch of keys and also it’s closer to the train station than posted but honestly you can walk the city walls into the city centre which is only 10 mins away.
