"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."

"The hotel was extremely disappointing. It felt unsafe, the floors were filthy, and the non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. The neighborhood also did not feel comfortable. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and worthwhile stay."

"I liked Benjamin who checked my husband and I in! I liked our clean, inviting room! It was very comfortably set up, so we had a place to open all of our bags—checked in, as well as carry ons! The other staff we want to mention by name are Laura at the Snack Bar—she makes one good bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant sandwich! The green tea was great also! Maria, from South America, is a hostess/waitress at the restaurant close to the registration desk! She waited on us both nights we were...

"After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. "

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"No greeting at check in. This hotel advertises free breakfast but do not offer breakfast. No manager on duty. Early check in $30. No wifi /USB port in the room. Poor customer service. Avoid if possible. "
