Front desk staff on check out, charged almost $900 on my credit card for a pre-paid room that they were already holding a $100 deposit for. When questioned the staff member was so unconcerned and said she did not understand the new system that was just implemented. We were told she would talk to the manager later in the evening to fix it. She had marriott bags of bottled water behind the counter on display, typically for marriott...

"The room and staff and restaurant were wonderful. House keeping was excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. We had a lovely extended breakfast with no rush. Our room with two full beds was very large. The beds were comfortable. My only minor contact was the limited storage and counter space in the bathroom. It was hard to keep the are around the sink dry. But we will stay again. Thank you."
