After this we went to go to our room had no power both night & lost all our food we had kept in our fridge. First night we didn't say anything figured it was a power outage or something. "Room was perfectly cleaned on arrivle, good upgrades to the room like apps on the tv and a keurig coffee maker there werent enough towels but the staff was quick and friendly to provide more as needed."

"I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said "
