"Housekeeping staff are challenged with the volume of rooms requiring cleaning. I’m ok with every other day however 4 days is too long. Staff try hard and are engaged. Outdoor pool is great. Loved every minute of pool time. Laundry was closed due to Reno’s. Reopened prior to our departure. Software to run the washer and dryer can be a challenge. "Because I booked through you I was denied my Hilton points. Also, I had asked for a room with golf course views and I got a view of the roof of the hotel entrance. They said the hotel was full but there was no one at the bar, the pool or the restaurant all day long."

"Beautiful oasis"

"A very cute adults only boutique hotel within walking distance to the main Palm Springs shopping district. There are only 8 rooms surrounding a pool in the center. There is minimal staff onsite, however they respond quickly to text message inquiries. Rooms are large, with a kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave only). Bathroom in room 8 was on the small side, with small stand in shower. Its very quiet here, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is a lovely boutique property with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Parking is onsite and easy to access. Breakfast is easy with carry out boxes you can take to your room. The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. It can be a little bit noisy at night because of street traffic but overall this is a great hotel with lots of amenities. "

"This was an unexpected surprise. I came on a last minute business trip but discovered a great place for a group trip. Nine cozy bungalows perfect for private group gatherings . Intimate jacuzzi and heated pool open all night as long as you’re respectful. Kitchenette as well as outdoor BBQ and lounge area. Highly recommend. "
