"Staff was amazing. Very helpful. Rooms are a little small for the money, no bathtub which would have been helpful with our little. However, super central location, old part of town which makes the sort of room funky layout understandable."

"Highly recommend. Very central location, very nice staff, and rooms are very modern and well maintained. If they had a laundry service it would have made it perfect. Note that there is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to get to the front desk and rooms, so if that is a problem you may want to consider something else. Otherwise don't you don't need to look further."

"Starting with the positives: The location was really good. The people were very kind and helpful with suggestions. The room size was decent. The morning breakfast was good as well. Now the not-so-positives: There is no elevator access for the ground floor. So, at the end of a long day when you’ve logged in 20k steps already, climbing a couple dozen more steps hurts more than it would otherwise. "Parfait comme hôtel bravo"

"Located just off the riverside with MANY shops, restaurants and cafe, this hotel was a breath of fresh air coming from Rome. Clean and well maintained it was a pleasure staying here. There are other tenants in the building and there was some minor construction going on but that did not bother us at all. Rooms were well maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. Will stay there again next time we are in Florence!"

They didnt ask for id, you just told them your room number and they gave you the key. When I asked how they know its the right people, they laughed at us. For women traveling alone this is not the best situation, it didnt feel secure at all! Next is the water pressure, the shower barely trickled...
