"The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet with a beautiful city view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is somewhat unusual in that the check-in was on the 5th floor of a building with several other businesses, and there is not a typical lobby with a bar or dining area. However, this was no problem for us. Espresso pods and a bottle of water were provided in the room. Air condition was able to be adjusted to our comfort level. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this...

"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.

"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "
