I absolutely loved everything about this property from check in to check out! The two beautiful women at the front desk were friendly, helpful and super nice and wonderful personalities!! We stayed at 3 different resorts/bnb's and this was our favorite! The location is great for exploring volcano NP and South Point. The one bedroom suite was so spacious with a large kitchen/living room, and comfortable beds. Just make sure to do your grocery shopping ahead of time as there are not many options nearby!

Lani Lani Lani. She did a lot for us. Room has bugs but it is excellent because of staff. Roght next to a black sand beach. Very nice.

The room was advertised as a two bed but it wasnt specified to be a one bedroom studio till we arrived. Provided a loner bed at a extra expense so they accommodated us but need to be more clear on size and rooms.

My wife and I loved this spot. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The view of the Ocean was excellent and the grounds were beautiful as well! This place is a great place to get away from the busyness of Kona and Hilo. I very rarely write reviews but this place impressed me!

The checkin was only 1 hour long. Way too short. There were dead bugs all over the pillow and blankets. When the front office was told of this-they stated thwere was bug spray there and to just "brush off" the dead bugs. Totally unacceptable.

The challenge with the property is there are a set of bylaws that renters agree to regarding things like observing quiet hours and no smoking in common areas. We drew the short straw for the bulk of our stay. We had a first floor unit with a group of 4 younger adults directly above us. One of the young women was having some sort of existential crisis that lead the group to sit on their patio and drink and smoke pot from 11:30 pm till after sunup. They were still at when checked out early at 7:30am. Their voices carried half way down the road to the beach. Over the course of 48 hours, we got to hear about how their parents raised them; different sizes/types of blunts; what a terrible person one was by their one admonition; professed devotion (unrequited btw) of going to the end of the earth for a friend; trying same sex relationships; and on and on it went. Then the table on the balcony got knocked over with sound of breaking glass with beer and other liquids pouring of the edge of their balcony. Did we get much sleep? No. If you do stay there make absolutely sure you’re on the top floor. Otherwise it’ll sound like a moving company is overhead.

Such a beautiful property. We had an ocean view. Very clean and comfortable unit. Lovely patio and beautiful surroundings. We didn’t need the air conditioning (extra cost) with the fan and the ocean breeze we were completely comfortable sleeping. We hope to return someday for a longer visit.

The property was gorgeous! The pool was very nice and the lava hot tub was so neat!!! I highly recommended staying here after visiting the Volcano National Park!!!! We got up the next morning and sat on the black sand beach with the sea turtles right next to the Sea Mountain! Our condo was super nice and clean! I only wish we would have stayed more than one night! My next visit I will stay my whole vacation her!
