"The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. "

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"Perfect place for a 4 day stay in London. Very authentic feel without feeling dated. We had a good sized room on the ground floor which was very quiet. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent as Marylebone is a great neighborhood. Also close to marble arch station Highly recommend and would stay here again"
