I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. "Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely staff, no major issues during our stay, but it was very hot in the room for me. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"Staff very friendly, decor quite quirky which was why we picked it, not just the typical boring travelodge style, it is very individual. Our room was lovely, very spacious and warm, all facilities you would need. Free on-site parking a huge plus. We were staying for a gig in the city centre and an uber into town was less than £5 so can’t complain about location. Would def stay again. "

"Great hotel in a pleasant setting, nice staff. Room was spacious and comfortable with a huge window with woodland views. Dinner was good but they need more healthy options on the menu as everything seems to come with chips. Breakfast was great. Overall, highly recommended! "
