One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. "Amazing sky view of the city from my room. The hotel was close to Union Square key for shopping, conference attendance and access to tours. Staff were exceptional and responsive to every need. I do miss the absence of a complimentary breakfast though. The gym was sufficient, small but extensive equipment. 10/10 experience!"

"This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a...

"Stayed 1 night on the 17th floor. No problems, bed was comfy. Clean room. Coffee in the morning lobby was nice. The only thing is Experian/ booking .com/ etc say there is parking. There is no parking. You need to go online and find a public garage nearby. We use "Spothero" to find parking, and it was 1.5 blocks around the corner. We unloaded our stuff at the hotel. Drove a nice garage, self-parking cost me around $45 for a 24-hour stay."
