"Amazing sky view of the city from my room. The hotel was close to Union Square key for shopping, conference attendance and access to tours. Staff were exceptional and responsive to every need. I do miss the absence of a complimentary breakfast though. The gym was sufficient, small but extensive equipment. 10/10 experience!"

"The Grove Inn was great for a quick trip into San Francisco. Close enough to the area. Be mindful it is San Francisco and the streets are definitely full of hilss. If you can walk, everything is close enough. If you can't, Ubers are always available. The hotel itself was clean and secure with the charm of the Victorian Homes that are known for the area. Will definitely return to stay again. Thank you Azizza!"

"The heater in the room did not work. The water was not hot (insane). There were glass stains on my nightstand when I walked in. The housekeeping was not available after 3PM. The noise level from next door room was atrocious. And the check in person couldn’t answer a single question I had and kept telling me to come back the next morning because she was new. I mean gosh I hated my stay there. "

"This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a...
