"Nice property and facilities. It seems like staffing has been reduced since my visit last year. Longer wait times at the front desk were irritating as my room wasn’t ready at Check- in time as promised. I was asked to return to the front desk three times, each time having to wait in a long line. Also, there was no staff at the Hilton Honors desk , of which I am a long-term member. Very frustrating as my total wait time in lines exceeded two hours. "

"My wife and I are Marriot bonvoy members for years and the hotels we have stayed at gets worst every stay. They are not owned by American companirs anymore. They charge for just water and the rooms are not great. The properties are not well keep. Pictures online are misleading and the rating reviews are also. I would prefer to stay at motel 6 rather stay at any Marriot Bonvoy affiliate. We will definitely be staying at Hilton resorts and will be cancelling our Marriot Bonvoy cards."

"There was no parking when we arrived and we had to park at the sister hotel and have security take us back. The room configuration was bizarre. My wife and I stayed in a studio. It had a tub in the middle of the room. A microwave and small fridge on one side and sink and shower four feet away the opens up to the whole room offering no privacy. It was dark and only had a small sliding glass door that overlooked the parking lot so we had to leave the curtain closed. They don't service the...

"Great location. I was able to check a bit earlier than 4pm ( seems a bit much ) check out was at 10 am. Housekeeping walked right into our apartment at 10 sharp !! Never stayed anywhere where check in and check out were this extreme early and late. Place was big secure and clean, nice amenities and recreational areas. Very noisy from upstairs guests every night , a bit unpleasant when you are tired and kids are asleep."
