"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."

"This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower. "This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.
It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."
