"Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses."

"I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. "Room smelled like poop when we walked in. Coffee was amazing! Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night."

"Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!"

"Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning."
