Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. "

"This is a very good hotel. The first night I stayed at another hotel and it was terrible from A to Z. I found this one, prices were great. For $10 more it was 100X better, clean. Felt safer. Staff was polite and inviting. It felt like i had a mini apartment whuch made my stay so much more worth it. I would def come back. "

"Very clean. Staff very helpful. Quiet stay. The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular but there was hot food and cold options and there was plenty even on busy days so truly no complaints. I had a great stay. "

"I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas. I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric. "I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem. The hotel was very well kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff stood out the most — everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism made the stay even better. I’d happily stay here again."
