"Incredible house, very vintage and cozy; the porch in the front of the house is out of this world on a rainy night - you can see literally all of the stars! The room was very nice, the shower, the bed was quite comfortable. The best part of it all was our host; he was extremely helpful, friendly and down to earth. "We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though you’re sent an email stating it’s self check-in, we were greeted by the manager when we arrived. Very friendly, and, she baked cookies for arriving guests! The grounds are beautiful; wrap around porch, hiking trails right out the back of the property. If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is place!"

"Twin Gables is a stunning hotel, beautifully decorated and quirky, right up our street. It’s in a great location with easy access to the main street in Woodstock. Our host Leanne was absolutely lovely and provided us with a yummy continental breakfast which we ate on the wonderful rooftop terrace. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return."

"We enjoyed the convenience and walkability. Downtown Woodstock is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to shops and eateries. We stayed in the King Suite, a 2nd floor lodging that was clean, spacious and included pretty much all you need for a stay (games, books, kitchenette, toaster oven, pots, pans, hair dryer, mini fridge, plenty of blankets and towels). We had quick responses from the Ipad concierge and website chat for any questions. Thanks for a relaxing stay! "

"Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Very close to great dining eg Classic diner and Pine Bush Chinese . It’s positioned in a lovely area and has a very nice outdoor seating area where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun sets . I removed one star as the air conditioner in our room was very noisy with a musty smell but everything else was perfect ."
