"I had read ahead of time that the walls were very thin.... and they are!! But everyone tries to be quiet and most things settle down by 10. Parking is VERY tight, but it worked out okay. Room itself was fantastic. "

"The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!"

"We loved Barb’s place so much. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for my husband and I to visit Carmel and surrounding areas. Comfy bed and nice amenities. All of Barb’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. Favorite being Dametra Cafe and least being Misson Ranch. Cooler weather than I expected in June, and always windy so needed jackets daily. "We were down with family for the Big Sur Marathon. The home fit 6 of us very comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and would have been fine with the 2 more adults that were expected to come but could not make it. The kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The location is great with the ocean just a few steps away and getting into Monterrey in just a few minutes. Will definitely look to see if this house is available again on our next visit!"

"We had an amazing stay at a great property! The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable for large groups. The only downside is that it’s an unusual design which requires one to go outside and up stairs to get to any of the befrooms. In the summer, no big deal, and it didn’t bother us."

The entire property was absolutely spotless and it in great shape!We really appreciated the property manager meeting us and showing us around which helped us get settled in quickly. "This is a beautiful house high in the mountains 24 minutes from Carmel Valley. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, large and up to date. The kitchen has everything that you need. The huge porch is overlooking the Carmel river so you can hear the water as it travels past the house. The hot tub is an added bonus. We did not want to leave the moment we arrived. "This house is so cute! And right on the water! We’re so glad we brought binoculars because we could see the whales from the window, which really got us excited for our whale watch. House had all the amenities, and heaters for when it’s chilly. If you plan on going down to the water, you better be ready for a glute workout because there are over 100 stairs to the beach. There are two parking spaces, but if you have an SUV, you will need to take both spaces on diagonal. My only complaint is that...

"The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location was right on the beach! It was a BFFs girls trip and we all enjoyed the condo and beach. We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and cooking special dinners and breakfasts. "
