"Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable unit. Walkable to many points of interest downtown. Just an FYI we were on the third floor and no elevator. Not a problem for us but could difficult for some. We would stay again."

"Beautiful & simplistic cottage. I absolutely loved the property. I stayed in #4, that had a private fire pit and grill in the backyard adorned with string lights. I highly recommend for a cute little weekend getaway. My only con is that the wifi is kinda spotty so if you have a mobile hotspot bring it. "

"My friends and I stayed here for a mid-week Asheville explore and it was great. The location was walkable to the River Arts District and several west Asheville coffee and food spots. The hot tub was spotless and a nice treat at night. We didn't have our pups with us, but it's clearly a very dog-friendly property. "

"Wonderful mountainview location and gracious accomodations. Near to town, Biltmore, yet pastoral setting including turkeys and goats!! (Notice description which makes clear there is not a full kitchen, etc.) Enjoyed!"

"The Rose room was absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated! Our hosts, Stephanie and Ryan were so welcoming and shared many of the great local areas to visit and dine. Stephanie provided great information and details about the Biltmore. We are looking forward to our return stay at the Rose Room of the Blake House! "

"Great location for a leisurely stay in Asheville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer very convenient. Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! "I wish I knew how to give 6 stars. The place is better than the pictures. Our typical experience is that VRBOs look good in the pictures but not as good in-person. This was the opposite. There is a ton of light. It is well laid out and furnished, and everything is first class. We all agreed that we will stay there when we are back in Asheville. "We get our small company together every year for a retreat and brainstorming. Hard to find anything more comfortable and peaceful than this property. Gorgeous views, and plenty of room to enjoy indoors and out. Super quiet but close enough to everything Asheville has to offer. "

"This was a fantastic home and a great place for celebrating! It was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything you’d need for a great weekend. The only negative was parking, which only really allows three cars comfortably. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this for anyone, checkout was easy and communication was excellent. "

"What a beautiful and spacious rental! With the option of the Murphy bed, everyone could have their own space. Everything was clean and even better than described!
