The space
Fannie’s Cottage will captivate your heart. Our newly-renovated cottage is located just 3 minutes from the charming Black Mountain town center.

Enjoy the ease of a keyless entry, well-equipped chef’s kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, in-home washer and dryer, and a dedicated work space with a lamp and chair.

Each of our two bedrooms boasts a new top-of-the line queen-sized mattress as well as individual air conditioning units for ultimate sleep comfortability.

Our fully stocked house easily accommodates four guests with ample linens, towels, and a body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower.

Make yourself at home in our newly furnished living room, complete with electric fireplace, 50" Smart TV, and high-speed internet.

Our outside spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying the cool mountain air. Relax on the backyard patio while enjoying the dining space, firepit, and grill. The fenced-in back and side yard are shaded by beautiful trees. The front deck is equipped with cozy rocking chairs to make your vacation dreams come true. Parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Other Information
The owners of Fannie’s Cottage, Kay and Vaughn, currently live out-of-state, but guests will be well taken care of by Whitney, our co-host extraordinaire! She lives a mere two minutes away and will be happy to provide whatever assistance or support you may need during your stay.

Special Note
There is a Ring video doorbell located at the front door and a Ring video motion light at the rear of the home. These will NEVER be active during your stay. They are only active when the cottage does not have a guest booked. There are absolutely NO cameras in the house. Your complete privacy is among our top priorities.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and surrounding fenced-in property. Our keyless entry simplifies arrival and departure.
