"We are nonsmokers... our room was next to someone who smoked. Smoke came through the bathroom vent. Also, wish the hotel provided microwave food/sandwiches on site, because restaurants aren't nearby. Otherwise, enjoyed the hotel.... staff, breakfast."

"Excellent stay in newly remodelled hotel. Furnishings are new. Complimentary Breakfast selection was very good lots of options, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Cuse graduation and they had welcome party for guests with food and drinks. Room and bathroom was excellent. Overall highly recommend and close short drive to Syracuse University. Each morning Manager and staff came around tables to make sure everyone was having a good stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly...

"Quiet hallways; clean facility; friendly staff; proximity to shopping sites, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the interstate. Our room was clean with a well stocked bathroom and comfortable beds. No pests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay! The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Excellent breakfast buffet with many fresh, delicious and well-stocked options. Hands-down the best breakfast we've ever had at a Fairfield Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and regulating the temperature in the room was easy to do. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was nice and quiet and is about a 15-minute drive to Syracuse University. We would definitely book again when in the area."
