"We needed to check in early due a medical issue. Our room wasn’t available but just as we were about to leave the hotel staff ran out to tell us it was available. She got us checked it, ordered a morning breakfast, and got us situated. Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was on August 12th at 3:00. She was absolutely the most kindest person during our trip. "

"We arrived early around 9am and were too early to check in. The hotel staff stored our luggage and offered us free buffet breakfast at their restaurant. It was such great hospitality and we really appreciated for it."

"This is a quiet hotel and we found it great value. We had a room with a view of the harbor and mountains beyond. Hot complimentary coffee and tea were always available. We ate breakfast there several mornings- the buffet is lovely. It is an additional cost, but all of the food tasted homemade with a wide variety for a range of tastes. "My friend and I stayed before and after a tour and both visits were very pleasant. The owner was kind, helpful and the room was delightful. I would absolutely stay again. The bus stop was just a short walk away and shops and restaurants were within a few minutes of walking. Highly recommended!!"

"The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. "Rooms and staff were great. Loved that there was a spa with hot pool & sauna. We used that every day. Also the hotel resteraunt has excellent food and is highly recommended as both a lunch and dinner choice. "
