"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"The property is really beautiful; gorgeous views, stunning room, and the private onsen is incredible. Absolutely no feedback on the room, grounds, staff, property, etc all amazing! It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. "

"The staff was really nice and understanding, even though our japanese level wasn't wonderful. The baths are clean and you might book your slots for each of the private bath in the planning. You can go to the public bath related to your gender any time. The dinner was so exhilarating and a wonderful insight of the japanese culture and gastronomy as for the breakfast. Thank you very much !. However it might be uneasy for people in wheelchairs to access to this Ryokan."

"Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. "Beautiful rooms, clean and well equipped. Will recommend it! Just as few notes if this is your first time in this area: Difficult to use the appliances as they are in Japanese, even though they provide a QR code with instructions we couldn’t use it. There are no dining options nearby and no restaurant at the hotel. Check-in is virtual and they are strict with the 3 pm check-in. Difficult to find or request taxis. "
