"Ok"

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

"We had a great stay. Marlena (hope I’m spelling that right) was incredibly helpful upon check in and set us up for a comfortable first few days in London. Thank you!"

"This was a wonderful experience. Clean units, larger rooms than hotel rooms, hot showers, and fully equipped. Great area near good restaurant, entertainment, and transportation."

"I recently returned from London and stayed at The Middle Eight Hotel. It is in the heart of Covent Garden, close to The Apple Markets, Covent Garden Piazza and the tourist spots within Covent Garden, all within walking distance from the hotel. The Concierge in this hotel was EXCELLENT, with great advice on restaurants. We went to The Black...

"I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

"The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful historic building, wonderfully restored by the current owners. The public spaces are very nice, although there are not many places to sit in the lobby. The restaurant is exquisite, and the food was very good. The rooms are beautifully restored, but very small. Note also that some "premium" rooms have only one chair and others two, and some have large bathrooms but others have small. If not for these quirks I'd have rated five stars."

"Salle de bain un peu trop petite"

"日本の中堅ビジネスホテル並み"
