"This was our first trip to Zurich so we had no idea if the Alma would be a good choice or not. But we were so glad we selected it! The staff was exceptionally friendly, everyone spoke fluent English, and everyone worked to ensure our comfort. There were a couple of service errors (a houekeeper who had a little trouble with managing the details, and one breakfast that felt like we were getting the lefovers of other guests), but in both instances, the front desk team sprung into action to make...

"A good hotel for young families. They have a play area for young children, which our eight year old loved. The family room was nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Located outside of Lucerne city centre, it is well connected by frequent buses to and from the city. There's an Aldi nearby too."

"Wir (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals und dessen Bereitschaft, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Hier wird man als Gast wirklich ernst genommen. Auch das gastronomische Angebot ist prima. Empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter! "

"It’s a little outside of Lucerne, so be prepared to have a car specifically for this location. Transportation isn’t nearby or walkable and the Ubers are expensive! Other than that, it was awesome to have free breakfast and a bunch of dining options so close by on the shared property. The room and bathroom were large and clean! "

"Very welcoming staff at the reception. We came early before the check-in time and were granted access to our room ahead of time without extra charge. The reception staff were very helpful by explaining how to use the city transportation system. "

"Wir kannten das Hotel bereits von früher. Seit der Übernahme und Renovierung ist es zu einer stylisch coolen und gleichzeitig gemütlichen Oase geworden.
