"The room itself was very small (I stayed in the smallest type of room) but serviceable. No desk, closet or wardrobe to speak of, but there were a few hangers to hang some clothes. "What a gem. The location is superb, almost directly across the street from the main train station. Desk staff speak beautiful English and were very helpful. One couldn't ask for a better experience in Bolzano. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
