"Eine kleine Oase am Ortsrand von Kandersteg.aussergewöhnlicher Spa -Bereich.freundliches,aufmerksames Personal, geschmackvoll und landestypisch gekleidet,Spitzen - Gastronomie und excellente Weinkarte. Diskretes Management , Familiengeführt.Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel und leider nach hinten mit Blick auf Felswand und in die Jahre gekommene Holzterrasse vom Zimmer im unteren Stock. "We got an Apt at back hotel with balcony, and have clear view of Mountains with Snow, the apt has cookware , table for family have dinner together with Mountain View, the staff at reception was very help to explain the local bus and tour info. "Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. " Beautiful view from our room, This is a dated hotel, in a very beautiful spot. Has a nice pool, no hot tub, Sauna available upon request with 1 hour reservation. In our room it was a slight challenge to get in and out of the large tub to shower. Not ideal but it worked. Large windows and door that opened to a small deck. "

"Staff were fantastic telling me where to go and helping me with bags and moving my car. Couldn’t do enough for you! The food was lovely and waiters created a lovely atmosphere. The room has a fantastic view. My only criticism was that the TV remote didn’t work but didn’t really need it with the view! "
