Spacious and spotless 2B/1BR sanctuary with parking

Enjoy a peaceful, spotless, accessibility compliant home in quiet Upper Dimond, perfect for families and small groups. Guests call it a "quiet refuge" with responsive hosts. The cozy retreat offers an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, modern furnishings, and superfast internet. Off-street parking is included. You'll have easy freeway access to SF and the East Bay, multiple public transit options, and a walk score of 84 - daily errands are easily done on foot.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen enables you to make gourmet meals and brew hot coffee and tea.

Sleeping: There are two bedrooms each with a large closet, plush Tuft & Needle beds and soft linens. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Comfort: When it is cold, turn on the rapid central heat with the Nest thermostat and lounge in the living room watching YoutubeTV, Netflix or just reading a book.

Parking: You will have one off street parking space. You can use a second off street parking space if needed. In addition there is plenty of on street parking.

Location: 1.5 miles to Joachim Miller park, arguably the best city park in the U.S. 10 min walk to Laurel district and 20 min walk to Dimond district for restaurants and shopping.

- to BART Trains: 10 min walk to #54 bus to Fruitvale Bart station, 5 min walk to NL to 19th Street Station.
- to AC Bus --> San Francisco: 5 mins walk to get the NX/NL buses,

Super nice place. Looks new inside! Lots of space, beautiful natural sunlight. Nice room darkening shades, quality mattresses and linens. Perfect for our week stay! Extra bonus - no steps!! Easy parking just out the front door!

Third stay at this Dimond residence in the Bay Area, visiting our three adult sons who all live in San Leandro, Berkeley and Oakland, all within 15 driving minutes away. Perfect for us!

Graduation Complete

We came out to the Bay Area as a grandson was graduatingfrom HS. Our daughter's small home could not accomodate us all. This property is about a mile from the daughter's and it worked out amazingly well! Great, well kept propertty with no hassles. We will stay here again!

An Oakland Visit

great visit with our daughter and her family, who live nearby. The Vrbo was comfortable and roomy and was walking distance from a Farmer Joes and several coffee shops and places to eat. Also convenient to the 57 bus.

Our visit

We enjoyed our visit and were happy about how accessible it was. My husband is disabled so it was easy for him to get around. The street was very nice. It was an easy walk down to the local main street, where there were some good restaurants.

Super lejlighed

Meget fin vel udstyret lejlighed i roligt kvarter. Nem at komme ind til SF med tog. Den indre by af oakkand har karakter og nok ikke til at gå i når det er mørk. Men ved lejlighed var det helt fin. Godt med parkering ind foran huset. Tag op til templet på toppen om aften. Utrolig smuk solned gang og kig ud over SF.

Foot surgery at Alta Bates

Planning for a 2 week stay in the Bay Area for much needed foot surgery we were pleased to find this property located conveniently to medical facility and to family, two sons in Berkeley/Oakland area and one in San Leandro, the property was a short drive to all The property is immaculate with plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. The new appliances in the kitchen and the washer dryer were a bonus and easy and fun to use. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and enjoyable to explore. All in all this place is a gem!

Next level Host

Location was perfect. Neighborhood quiet. Clean with all the amenities of home. Next level Host! Was missing some small things like paper towels and facial tissue and the tv remote ran out of battery butt overall everything was as advertised.

Excellent property

Extremely clean and had everything. Only spent time basically sleeping in location but it was fine. Only complaints (if you want to call them that) were the following: 1. Requirement to not wear shoes in place. Seems to be very California like (request to not wear shoes). Little annoying but OK. 2. Bed was a bit on the smaller side. Not sure the size but definitely not king. Room size might have something to do with this. Honestly, we should have looked at bed size before booking if necessary. We were OK with bed size. 3. Nest HVAC was a little confusing. But was cool enough for our stay. On a positive note, the place had a washer and dryer which was awesome. Might want to consider putting a stool to get into top dryer (for someone shorter). The number of towels and sheets was huge. They were great! Very quiet area. Seemed newly renovated and nice place! Enjoyed our stay.

Jide is an excellent host, the unit is clean and very well stocked. Parking is so easy. The internet is speedy, perfect for working. One of our favorite repeat rentals! We just love this place.

Comfortable Clean Modern Home

Hotel quality bedding and bath accommodations with a fully stocked kitchen. The host responded quickly and access was seamless. The location was perfect for access to supermarket and freeways for dining and entertainment. Highly recommend this home.
