"Mooie schone kamer, snel inchecken en erg goed ontbijt. Parkeren niet ideaal, je moet net mazzel hebben dat er plek is. Jammer genoeg voor een ‘City Hotel’ toch wel ver van de stad, maar met de bus op zich prima te doen. Wel jammer dat het zwembad niet open was, terwijl het weer er wel naar was."

"All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. "I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. "Staff was very helpful. Hotel location is very central and convenient to many of the sights. Be prepared, however, as it can be quite noisy during the night due to the crowds near the duomo. "
