"Friendly staff, easy check-in, good Wi-Fi, and a good location. The bed sheets and towels were very clean, but the room and bathroom were not as clean as showed in the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom/shower area.
Also, if you’re a light sleeper like me, you may find it difficult to sleep, as you can hear almost every noise (moving stuff, speaking, snoring) from the rooms next door. My room was on the first floor, so the rooms on other floors may be different.
The room had a window, but...

"Unfortunately we felt very unwelcome by Victoria. She was rude to us and rude to colleague. She also gave us our suitcase with somebody else’s bag hooked onto it. In the incorrect hands this could have ended badly!!
For this reason we would return back to hotel and wouldn’t recommend to friends and families.
The room was ok for our short stay."

"The room we had was upgraded to a king room which was nice. The tv went out twice. One night we could only watch our own Netflix. Hotel was close to the train which was convenient. One thing my daughter and I didn’t like was that they don’t have a door to close off the bathroom. There was only a sliding glass door that covered the shower and the toilet."
