"Friendly staff, easy check-in, good Wi-Fi, and a good location. The bed sheets and towels were very clean, but the room and bathroom were not as clean as showed in the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom/shower area.
Also, if you’re a light sleeper like me, you may find it difficult to sleep, as you can hear almost every noise (moving stuff, speaking, snoring) from the rooms next door. My room was on the first floor, so the rooms on other floors may be different.
The room had a window, but...

"Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing (a large variety of well prepared food every morning). The location near Victoria Station was excellent for either foot travel or riding the Underground during our stay. We are frequent travelers to London and will definitely stay there again."

"Incredibly handy location just around the corner from Covent Garden in one direction and Leicester Square in the other.
Very small room - as advertised - so a tight squeeze even for one person, but a trade-off for location and price in central London at short notice.
Room was clean upon arrival and the hotel are happy to look after bags free of charge ahead of check-in and after."

"My only issue was that one day one of the 3 elevators was out of commission, making access difficult during high traffic periods of the day. For example, the morning of checkout, I carried my bag down the stairs rather than waiting for numerous elevators that were already full. Fortunately, I was only on the 5th floor.
That said, the location is excellent being within walking distance of many of Westminster’s famous tourist attractions."
