"My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). "Room was modestly clean at best. My room was not refreshed during my stay. Beds were not made and used towels I placed on the floor remained on the floor.
Hotel has outdoor room access.
I was unable to sleep due to several other hotel patrons outside my room talking loudly and carrying on between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. I was told by staff it was my responsibility to call police to control the situation. I will not stay at another Econo Lodge based on my experience."
