Clean, safe, and lovely accomodations providing an easy and enjoyable stay.
Immaculate fitness room, no question the suite, fridge, microwave, and restroom were well maintained and spotless.
We were on the second floor and there was a large, joyful 80th birthday party on the first floor. Despite open air space between the 1st and 2nd floors, we heard nothing were not once disturbed by noise.
All staff we encountered went above and beyond during our stay. They accommodated and exceeded our needs after a horrible stay at a different hotel the night before.
From the front desk to cleaning staff and maintaince staff we had positive, thoughtful, and fun interactions. They found our daughter's ipad and favorite travel blanket and held it overnight behind a locked door. Our daughter wrote a little thank you note, and the front desk staff member, Trell, taped it to the desk to share with the team.
We will definitely return! Easy distance to the wonderful Buckroe beach area.
