"Very clean and neat. Guy was terrific and the women was demanding. Not enough items for our stay and they expected us to run down to the service the cabin and retrieve what was missing in the kitchen - they need to review and stock themselves. Pool was not open maybe seasonal issue - don't know."

"Rm 11b is outdated, bathroom toilet is small and low and will not flush unless handle is held down, shower curtain was still wet when we checked in and smelled bad, shower knob was difficult to pull, cabinet did not close completely, bed sheets were rough and itchy, the room was dark, table lamp broken, and had to find plugs for charging at bedside. The breakfast buffet was not worth $20. The property itself was nice but our room was not worth staying another night for."

"I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic."

"The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better."
