Making a sincere review, first that the check-in is not at the place that the reservation was made so I had to go to another address to check in. As soon as I arrived at the apartment, the apartment has carpet so the smell was very strong, a very strong smell of mold to the point that my son couldn't sleep at night. For an apartment facing the beach, it wouldn't be right to have carpet, but even so, the carpet should have been better cleaned, I couldn't walk barefoot. It wasn't as clean as I imagine, there were used towels under the bathroom sink. The furniture is very fragile and old, and the TV doesn't work. The apartment is very well located, I can't complain about the price I paid. But if I had the opportunity, I would recommend you who are reading this review to pay a little more expensive and stay in a more comfortable place. It's not a matter of luxury, but of comfort. I hope they reform not only outside, but also inside because the place is very good.

This was a great property besides there was stains on the carpet, the elevator did not work consistently and the balcony was off limits and we were not informed until checking in. However it was a beautiful view, other than the stains the hotel was very clean and very nice for our family. Very roomy and safe.

This property needs to be clear that BALCONIES ARE CLOSED TILL January 2027, and that scaffolding and construction is ongoing making the rooms unusable for peace and quite from 7:30am-6:15pm through the week. They stated it’s in the fine print about the balconies but there is no mention of the construction site that is all around this property. The noise is so loud you can’t talk to anyone inside the room when the drills and demo equipment are running. At one point the construction company put up a huge banner blocking any view of the ocean, luckily with many complaints from multiple people this was removed. The room itself was functional for what we needed we just couldn’t use it to relax for lunch and take a nap midday. It was tough, this was the first vacation my family and I were able to take in 5 years, definitely not the place we had hoped for. Had I not driven 10+ hours to get there I would have cancelled and gone home and back to work. If you’re going to stay here be prepared to wake up early and not come back to the room till 6:30pm daily.

Loved that it was right on the Beach. HATED that we couldn't open the doors to the balcony and that we had a Fire evacuation. Was in awe that the unit did NOT have a microwave.

Staying at the Ocean Towers was truly an exciting experience for the price. The apartment was beyond my expectations- clean, orderly with everything working. The only missing item were covers for the pots. Otherwise it was an awesome experience and I cannot wait to return. Hope they will be done with the maintenance so I can relax on the patio and the sun deck. I sure enjoyed the sounds of the waves.

Won’t go here again

Could not go out on the balcony (we were told that in advance) rained the whole time, it was not nice enough to stay inside, we came home a day early. Do not feel the condo is being kept up to date, everything tired and worn. Door lock, broken, front door would not stay shut unless deadbolted. Wind would blow it open. If it were a nice place, we could’ve just relaxed and enjoyed.

Property is in desperate need of upgrade and cleaning. Carpet was filthy, smells musty, utility door fell off. Balcony was closed. Elevator was going to be out of order during our stay we were on the 9th floor not acceptable. I could go on we left and found other accommodations. Bad start to our trip

First, we made our reservation in February 2025 for our stay in May. We were never notified that the balconies and sun deck would be closed because the engineers stated they were unsafe. This was one of the main reasons that we chose this location. If we had been notified, we could have changed our reservations. Upon arrival, we were sent to the wrong location to pick up our keys and had to drive 25 miles to a different location. The desk clerk was very rude in his explanation of these restrictions, which had been in effect since March 2025. The parking was very limited for the handicapped spaces. The pool area was okay, but being in front, there was always traffic noise. The hot tub was dirty and often had trash floating in it

Disappointing. No Balcony use ++++

We were very disappointed with this location and wouldn't stay there again. First, without any advance notification, there was a sign on the doors and windows that said that all balconies were closed and we were not to go out the sliding glass doors. Second, the carpet between the bedroom and the master bath had pulled off of the tacking strip leaving nails that were poking up. Third, there was general disrepair of the facility with patches visible in the doors and couch cushions that were obviously old and not as comfortable as one would expect. Forth, there was a false fire-alarm at 2:30 this morning. The firemen came and found it to be in "Zone 1", but they didn't know what Zone 1 was. and... Fifth, no water was available outside to rinse your feet / sandals off after being at the beach

Pros: Loved the condo directly on the beach. Easy walk down to the beach. Cons: Older building so when a neighboring Condo slides open or close their Sliding Glass Doors it rattles like thunder through the condo. Also, the 4th floor "down" button to call the elevator was broken. We had to press the "up" button to call the elevator. A resident on a higher up floor said the button had been broken for over a month. Entryway hallway carpet into unit was dirty, recomend cleaning. Communication: upon arrival i realized i did not receive an email from the facility with instructions on what to do or where to go. This is managed offsite and parking was across the street. I had to look up the contact information and call the management company. She seemed suprised i didnt get an email. I went to the lock box and there were several envelopes for clients to multiple units. And the lock box was open where somwone else did not close it before us.
