  • This 5 bedroom, 4 bath private beach house is located directly across the street from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool (heated as needed), private hot tub, game room, cornhole, giant connect 4 game and sleeps 12 max. with 4 queens, 2 twins, & 1 sleeper sofa.

    *PETS, MOTORCYCLES, BOATS WELCOME!! This is a non-smoking property!
    Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring

    This beach house sleeps 12 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool (heated as needed), relax in the PRIVATE hot tub, or play games in the PRIVATE game room. This house was re-furbished in January 2017 and all mattresses were replaaced in Nov. 2025. House also features Flat Screen TV’s in all bedrooms & living room, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, and all the comforts of home.

    A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Loved that it was so close to the beach. We had plenty of space. Host was very easy to contact and very responsive. The pool was not warm even though it is supposed to be heated, contacted host and they sent maintenance over right away and they fixed it. The heater kept turning off throughout the stay. The kids mostly did not care. Photos are not updated. There is no bunk beds, which the kids were bummed about. Still plenty of sleeping room. Hot tub was dirty. Again, kids did not care. But, it needs a good cleaning. We would 100% stay here again. It was great for our group of people. Nice and close to the ocean. Loved the balcony! All of the maintenance people and check in people were very nice.

Lovely Vacation

We had a lovely vacation. The house is in a perfect location, just a walk to the beach and the heated pool and hot tub were amazing amenities to my family and I.

Great Property and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Brick House. The house was clean and the perfect size with just the right amount of bath and bedroom options for our group size. A quick walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub onsite was clean and relaxing. The management company was very responsive and so friendly. The answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival and when we had one small issue at the property, they were so friendly and addressed it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Myrtle beach family vacation

The property was great clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the video game. The free tickets was only for one person there was no benefit of that. I was disappointed about that. That was the only downside of the rentalr

Fantastic place

We all enjoyed the house, we loved the location! The heated pool was amazing. We had children and infants who really enjoyed being close to the beach and having the heated pool to swim in! Only complaint was the hot tub quit working I called a few times and they said they would send someone out but no one ever came out to look at it. Other than that the stay was fantastic!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Overall our stay was nice. Location was great. Furniture in living room very worn, so it appeared dingy and dirty. Beds upstairs were very squeaky! Everyone could hear when someone turned over no matter what bedroom you were in.

Spring Break

Perfect location. House was as described. Management company was very responsive and quick to respond. Had 1 issue upon arrival,but they were very quick to remedy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Literally across the street from the beach and quick drive to main Myrtle Beach and boardwalk. Plenty of grocery stores within 1-2 miles and restaurants nearby.

Location can’t be beat

The location of this rental is perfect; close to the beach and everything you may need. The pool area is great. The “well stocked kitchen” was slightly lacking. The check in process was our biggest complaint; driving to the real estate office to give an ID and sign a paper to get the door code. That all could have been done via email without the extra trip. Overall, we would stay again.

Perfect for our family trip

Great location- close to the beach and restaurants but not too close. The property was just as described. Our neighbors were a little loud 2 of the nights, but we expected worse with it being spring break. The only thing that could use some work are the wood floors, but since we brought our 2 dogs, we were glad they weren’t pristine. We did not use the bunk beds, but I’m not sure how you would, as there wasn’t a ladder to get to the top bunk. Also no rails on the top bunk. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing time and would love to stay again!
