Summary:

Walking distance to the OCEAN Great beach cottage, part of the triplex.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit with kind bed and pullout sofa.

* Can sleep up to 4 guests

* washer/dryer available (laundry room shared with 2 other units on the premisses)

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pets are allowed with pet fee. Please contact for details.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.

You have access to the entire villa and all the common spaces and amenities.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by the host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets, or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. Please contact me for details.

*Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Listing doesn’t do it justice!

The listing does not do it justice! It is so so close to the beach! We brought a wagon and we walked to the beach every day we were there! It is the perfect small place for a long weekend! I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because I was not the biggest fan of the bathroom but I think that’s just my personal preference. The bed is big and the couch also pulls out if you have more people jointing your stay. The neighborhood was lovely and everyone else that walked to the beach too was super friendly. Emily the host was also super friendly and super easy to interact with. Very easy and smooth transactions. It is a house divided up with different units and the people staying next to us were SUPER nice too! If I plan on coming back to North Myrtle beach I will definitely be coming back to Emily’s place! Once again the listing just doesn’t do it justice. It was so so close to the beach the easiest walk ever and so many restaurants and everything in such a super small car drive away! 9.5/10!

Overall OK

no outlets in the bathroom only one towel/ washcloth per person total ( glad I took extra towels) no ice maker or ice trays for freezer washer and dryer in an out building fridge light did not work and to work on it to make it cool mattress had stains and no mattress protector ( used our own sheets) only one outlet in the bedroom. no where to rinse off beach stuff or feet AC was AMAZING! Not a far walk to the beach at all.

First visit to Myrtle

There wasn't adequate kitchen supplies. No mixing bowl, 1 adult fork. Lights in refrigerator and microwave don't work. Microwave to low of wattage to pop popcorn. Great location, overall had a fabulous time.
