  • Tilghman Lakes by the Sea is located only steps from the beach in the Ocean Drive/Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and has easy access to the beach. YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES : 2 UMBRELLAS, 4 BEACH CHAIRS, 3 BIKES, 2 BOOGIE BOARDS, 2 SKIM BOARDS, ARTIC BEACH COOLER AND A BEACH CART FOR TRANSPORT. ALL BED AND BATHROOM LINENS ALSO INCLUDED. These low-rise Condos are only three stories high on raised stilts providing parking underneath. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub (seasonal) and grill area. Unit #C3 is located on the top (third) floor and features two large private decks with fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer/dryer, Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Lakes by the Sea. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 24. Property is privately owned with beach themed décor. Linens are included. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Unit has Ring Doorbell with motion sensor for security and package delivery notifications.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tilghman Lakes. Joe was very proactive and sent all information needed, as well as detailed instructions well in advance so check in was a breeze not to mention the beach is only steps away. The view of the ocean in the morning was perfect while drinking coffee. The place was perfectly clean, comfortable, charming, better than described and had everything we needed, our stay was completely stress free. Joe was prompt when replying and also sent information on restaurants and other places to checkout while we were there. We are definitely booking again. We had a fantastic stay! Thanks again Joe!

We throughly enjoyed these accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and pan that we needed for cooking. There were chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach. Joseph was very responsive providing us with a detailed list of places to shop, eat and play tennis or pickleball. He called during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed.

If you see this condo, book it!! From day 1 of booking, Joes communication was top notch. He was very quick at responding and answered all my questions. The condo is one street away from the beach and on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies. It was perfect for our family of 4, the spare room has 2 beds and a full bath so the kids slept in there and we had our own room and bathroom. The condo comes with everything you need for the beach and as someone who always over packs it was very helpful. Cooler, wagon, boogie boards, skim board, beach chair and umbrellas!! Our son turned 10 on July 4th and Joe sent us pizza for dinner so the kids thought that was pretty cool. We would def stay here again!!

We were in town for a softball location, the condo was the perfect location. Close to the fields, within walking distance to stores, restaurants, just across the road from the ocean. Loved having a pool to choose fron as well. Would definitely stay again. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The host was amazing and made sure we had an excellent stay.

Our stay went very well. Joe was extremely gracious and helpful during our stay. This is close/walkable to the beach. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach was provided.The accommodations were great, 2 nice size bedrooms/baths. Our host, Joe, was awesome. Because this was a new experience for me I had questions and he responded very quickly to each one. He offered suggestions about places to eat and go. And the condo was terrific, it felt like a home he was sharing with us. We will definitely rent his condo again!

We had a very good experience. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the accompanying breezes. All appliances were in good working order. Seating and beds were comfortable and in good condition. Would definitely go back to this location again.

Came down for a little shopping, eating, relaxing. This spot was wonderful. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
