This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. ce chell vac week june 27-july4

The house was ok, however, we had several issues. The house was not properly cleaned and we spent an hour+ cleaning up after the previous renters before we could unpack and start our vacation. we found trash and food under beds, loads of hair and the bed covers were off of 2 of the 4 beds. it was very obvious the cleaning co did not do their job; thankfully we had brought some of our own cleaning products b/c of covid19 concerns. After a couple days we realized the house also had a roach problem. Not palmetto bugs but german roaches. The master bed mattress is in need of replacing as well. WiFi was good at the house. The outdoor areas were nice but just about all of the wooden rocking chairs' arms were broken exposing a very sharp screw sticking out that could have seriously injured someone if we had not noticed. They have other outdoor furniture that is made of composite wood that was nice and the dock was nice. We spoke to Elliot realty a couple times but was not able to speak to a manager until the end of our stay. They refunded our cleaning fee.
