Overall great stay and nice space with all the amenities. We have stayed at multiple condos at the Baywatch resort. Unit had everything you need for a vacation rental. Thanks for having us.

The property had plenty of friendly staff that kept the common areas clean and security constantly checking if you were registered guests there by checking for wristbands. The pools were rarely cleaned though and had tons of bugs and sunscreen build up floating about.

Property with tons of potential, little

This listing was completely disappointing and not at all as shown in the listing. The complex itself was great but the unit was so dilapidated and dirty. This was not due to a poor weekly cleaning but weeks of lackluster attention. We had to buy cleaning supplies and scrub from top to bottom. Shower curtains full of mold and mildew, walls and woodwork,light switches all so filthy. What we were told as cleaned to COVID protocol was barely liveable by any standard. When we pointed out the broken dining chair the woman said it had been broken for awhile and they would send someone. No one ever came. When I asked for an extra set of clean towels to replace the dirty ones we used to clean with, I was told that's what our washer and dryer were for!
