"Stayed for two nights, This hotel is located near the viaduct with safe parking. The staff were excellent and let me park my car earlier than my check in time. They also upgraded our room and it was fabulous. Very well decorated , clean and nice. The bed was super comfy. They have a heated outdoor pool and gym which was delightful. There is also espresso and tea in the room that is complementary. definitely recommend staying here when staying in Auckland!"

"The room was very clean and perfect size for 2 people. Ample room for bags and bed very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walking distance. The room is a little dark as we booked the studio but everything else more than made up for it. "

"Pool, spa and gym were amazing and beautifully clean and sunny The hotel is in the best location with Albert Park across the road, bustling Vulcan lane and yummy food places Asian, Italian and other cuisines. The view from our apartment was incredible. Good to have dedicated covered parking ($50 pn) Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The only disappointment was no salt or pepper and hardly any tea bags. Also I would like the option of real milk"

"The hotel is a traditional hotel in great restored condition. We found the room lovely. Very clean, good choice of complementary tea and coffee and well stocked minibar although we enjoyed a drink in the lovely small English style private bar. Breakfast was from a full menu and our choice was very generous. "
