"Beautiful hotel full of cool art. Super central location. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond for us. Really comfy and clean rooms. Breakfast was very limited for me as a vegan but my friend, as a meat eater had a great breakfast. The only thing I would say is the outside roof top pool itself and the glass front of it over looking the square could have done with a clean. It's such a nice feature so it was spoilt by this."

"This is a very old style hotel, but, unlike others, is properly maintained in this style, with high quality decoration. The only drawback is it doesn't lend itself to air conditioning! Front desk was friendly and helpful, location is in the heart of the city's excellent transport system and the breakfast was first rate!"

"Pros - big, grand hotel right outside of the central station, close to the football ground and also the Nordstan shopping centre. Staff were friendly. In-room facitilies fine. Cons - when choosing a hotel to stay in Gothenburg we chose this one because of the pool. After booking I found that there was an additional charge to use the pool. I disputed this as felt misled and the fee was waived. I would definitely not consider paying the fee to use the pool (approx £20 per person) as it is very...

"Nice clean room with comfy beds. Great location close to everything and all the tram stops. Good grocery store nearby as well! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and strong coffee. Really liked the outside garden sitting where you could bring your coffee and cookies and chill out in the morning or evening air."
