"Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it."

Because of them, I would not recommend this property to others.Positives: The location is great, the square footage is sufficient, and there is a nice master bedroom suite. We also appreciated access to a garage, an upper floor deck with BBQ and fire table, and the second living room.Negatives: The beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable, to the point that some of us had to sleep on couches...

"This is the biggest unit we’ve stayed at in Everline. 2 full bedrooms and living area. Something to keep in mind however is that since this unit is rented through vrvo, the front desk can’t accommodate ANYTHING. like not even an extra towel. Also, the master bedroom water was cold. I contacted Vrbo and they said they’ll send a work order but no one showed up. If you don’t have any amenities expectations, it’s a great unit. "
