"There was a faint scent of smoke and a little sign saying no smoking and that they'll charge like $200 for cleaning service if you smoke in there, so I reported it but had to go to the front to do it because the phone didn't work... aside from that it was a great stay."

"My mom, aunt, and I arrived during the time they were renovating. The facilities were under construction but the staff tried to minimize the mess and their customer service seemed to make it all disappear. Thank you for being accommodating."
