Al momento del nostro arrivo in Hotel, ci è stato chiesto se avessimo prenotato una stanza, come se non si aspettassero ospiti in quel giorno.
Dopo aver spiegato che avevamo prenotato on-line, ci è stata consegnata una stanza: non appena siamo entrate, abbiamo notato che non era stata pulita; cicche di sigarette sul pavimento, lavandino non accuratamente pulito, diversi insetti sulle lenzuola e bagno molto sporco.

All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around.
