"The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. "The only reason that I am giving this 3 instead of 5 stars, is because I booked a non-smoking room and writhing the first second of opening the door to my room, I was hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was so tired and didn’t bother going back down to request a different room, but the smell was incredibly strong and disruptive of the enjoyment of the stay. "下駄箱に自分の名前を書いたシールが貼ってあり、靴を入れる場所に困らない。自分用にスリッパが容易してあります。部屋ごとに暗証番号で解錠する鍵がかかっていますが、解錠時に騒音がでない仕様で睡眠を邪魔されずに楽でした。スリッパのまま入っていいところなど、迷いそうなポイントには事前にわかりやすい掲示があり快適でした。"

"Good points first. Shuttle bus both ways on time. Staff at check in efficient and polite. Hotel is at least 50 years old and the internal features clearly indicate this. Breakfast buffet reasonable. No evening restaurant. It only has a small convenience store or a trip to town . Ok for an overnight stay before a flight. But the price was very reasonable for Japan so it’s your decision"

"Shuttle bus from bus stop 16 /terminal 1 Staff polite and efficient. Hotel has many rooms and we arrived on a coach with 50 other people and there were several other coaches in a large car park . Given the amount of people that have breakfast the buffet managed to cope. Ok for an overnight but there’s nothing in the immediate area to do. For the price it’s good value for money."
